BUY DESKS. RECYCLE REVENUE. BURN TOKENS.

More desks.
A stronger
strategy.

A Solana treasury designed to turn creator fees and desk revenue into more OTC Desks and strategy-token buybacks.

How it works

01

Fund the treasury.

Creator fees from the associated Pump.fun token fund the treasury in SOL. The treasury splits this income between desk purchases, token buybacks, and protocol fees.

TREASURY SIZE ↑
02

Buy OTC Desks.

The treasury posts its own SOL offer. When a seller accepts, the program verifies the desk, receives the NFT, and pays the seller in one transaction.

DESKS OWNED ↑
03

Recycle desk revenue.

Keepers claim rewards from the desks. Supported non-OTC rewards are sold for SOL, which goes through the income split again. The desk share funds further purchases.

REVENUE RETURNS TO TREASURY ↗
04

Buy back. Burn.

Keepers spend the reserved buyback SOL on the strategy token through Pump AMM. The purchased tokens are burned in the same transaction, removing them from supply.

TOKENS BURNED ↑
OTC burn.

To align with the parent OTC protocol, the treasury burns the OTC tokens received by desks.

THE DESK BUY OFFER

A growing bid, backed by available SOL.

The offer starts at zero and rises while the strategy is active. Its ceiling is the desk budget: treasury SOL minus buyback funds, protocol fees, and the 0.05 SOL operating buffer.

≈10 SOL / day

Bid growth while active, up to the budget ceiling.

After a purchase, the offer stays at the same price if the remaining budget can fund another desk. Otherwise, it resets to the lower of half the purchase price or the remaining budget. Sellers set a minimum payout when accepting.

02 / THE INCOME SPLIT

More desks.
A larger buyback share.

The split changes every 100 purchased desks. Protocol receives 10% throughout. Buybacks rise from 10% to 30% through the first 500 desks, leaving 60–80% for more desks. After that, buybacks rise faster to reach 90% at 1,000 desks.

At 1,000 desks, purchases stop. All unallocated SOL above the operating buffer is split 90% for buybacks / 10% for protocol fees, including future income when processed.

03 / A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is DeskStrategy live?+

The protocol will be deployed after bonding.

What is an OTC Desk?+

An OTC Desk is an NFT in the OTC protocol on Solana. Activated desks can receive a share of rewards from OTC products. Explore the underlying protocol at otcdesks.cash ↗.

Is treasury size the amount available to buy desks?+

No. Treasury size is the total SOL held, including amounts already reserved for buybacks and protocol fees, plus the 0.05 SOL operating buffer. Those amounts are excluded from the desk budget. The metric does not include the value of held NFTs or unsold reward tokens.

Who runs the mechanism?+

Keepers submit transactions to process funding, claim and sell rewards, and execute buybacks. The program checks each transaction and controls treasury funds. These operations need transactions to run; receiving SOL alone does not trigger a buyback.
